The rental that I was given was dirty inside and clearly was in accidents that were poorly fixed. The backseat was completely drawn on like a toddler marked it up. The floor on the back seat was ripped and u could see the damage. The inside of the car was not satisfactory for someone paying their money. The outside was okay except for some minor marks and dents in its appearance
I was told beforehand I can pre-buy extra miles for 15 cents instead of 25 cents and when I got there they said I can't do it.
I was charged an underage fee which I didn't have when I rented in June and I was not told about it beforehand.
The car was not exactly cleaned properly since the last renter.
The only thing I can suggest is that before renting a car, make sure there are no sensor lights on. I had a sensor light on about possible low tire pressure. Thankfully nothing happened but I would hate for someone else to end up with a flat tire and not sure what to do. The genteman in the office were professional and very nice to deal with.
