Better customer service, and clean your cars
Great service and good price!
I was not allowed to rent the car because the agent said I did not have insurance on my credit card. I do have my own car insurance, and I also requested that they sell me additional insurance. All of this was denied, & I was unable to rent the car: which wasted my time on a holiday. I’ve used EZ Car rental several times in LA, California & it was never an issue. Also nothing on the website mentions anything about not being able to use your own insurance. I’ll make sure others know about
when i arrived the agent couldn't find my reservation that i made online in the computer system.
Staff was outstanding, understanding, patient and helpful. He explained everything clearly and lucidly without shtick. Gr8 prices, the car we reserved wasn't available so we got one level up for a good deal. I am already planning my nxt vacation with the knowledge that I have EZ rental to back me up. And I've already recommended it to friends. All in all, it was better than I could've hoped and then some.
only old cars and a lot off fees for no good resin and it is very expensive

I have been a long time customer of EZ rental in the Bay Ridge location and very happy with the company due to their convenient location - a few minutes from my house, and very friendly and helpful customer service.
