The vehicle we received was filthy, inside and out, to the extent that I couldn't see out of the side and back windows, nor were the side view mirrors useable due to the filth encrusting them. The staff "graciously" consented to vacuum out the interior but we had to clean the windows and mirrors ourselves.
The reason I wasn't completely satisfied with my vehicle is because the gas wasn't full, and it's a little complicated to make sure to fill back up to the exact amount as when I took it out. Last few times I rented from them it happened every time.
