The car drove nicely and safely and we had no issues with the car. The staff was great and they did not charge us extra even though we brought it back later than we planned. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would also rent from them again.

The vehicle had the oil change warning and the location didn't want to do anything, saying I'm only having it for another 5 days. when i complained that i don't want the vehicle since I was doing lots of driving, all they were willing to do was check the oil level. And since I had driven the vehicle, they needed to wait 10 min till it cooled down. I exclaimed that "I'm in a rush and have work to do, the lady calling me derogatory names saying "white trash..." it was a very unhelpful experience.
The staff was great and very helpful and overall experience was very good
