The staff made it easy to rent the vehicle.
I really like renting by ez rental !!!! Great service, cars......
The vehicle had the oil change warning and the location didn't want to do anything, saying I'm only having it for another 5 days. when i complained that i don't want the vehicle since I was doing lots of driving, all they were willing to do was check the oil level. And since I had driven the vehicle, they needed to wait 10 min till it cooled down. I exclaimed that "I'm in a rush and have work to do, the lady calling me derogatory names saying "white trash..." it was a very unhelpful experience.
