It was nice I loved driving
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I made a reservation online and received a confirmation e-mail. On the day of the rental I was informed that you do not have the van for me. We had a family get together and had rented the van so that we can attend. My family was all ready to go and because of you we did not have a way to get there. You left us high and dry. I would like compensation- 2 free days of 12 or 15 seater van rental.
Great experience. Maybe the car should have been a little more cleaner.
