I needed to change cars in middle I thought it would be hard but they made it very easy
The $1000 deposit for debit cards was weird, while credit cards were only $250. The insurance is something that i feel should be available online for purchase while renting the car. Also I worried because my card wasn’t working(so said the worker) but it worked the second time. It was a 20 min ordeal that should have been avoided if the card was charged correctly the first time. I was hoping it was going to be EZ but it definitely was not. It took about 1 hour to actually drive off.
Was really happy with the whole experience
I had to wait over half an hour for my car, i was given the car with a tank empty delaying further my departure, the car was badly damaged on the outside which was embarrasing to drive, the inside of the car was not clean, the key was faded making it hard to see which button locked and unlocked the car, the car had 62,000 miles on it and was very sluggish to drive, the seatbelt in the rear was damaged and could not be used.
