Some of the customers were very rude. I felt awful for your staff. I left my garage door opener in the vehicle and they were gonna call me back to let me know one way or the other if they found it but I’ve never heard back.
Great experience will rent again
The staff was really helpful, I was not able to pick up the car on time and they worked with me to make this happen. Much appreciated, it was a very positive experience despite my snafu.

Dropping off a car after 5pm and leaving the keys in the Dropbox should result in a small fee, not require another days rental.
