The representative at the desk, Jennifer G., was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The vehicle that I had reserved was not available so my pick up was delayed by an hour. Once the vehicle arrived it was obvious that it had recently been in a collision and had withstood a great deal of damage all around the vehicle. The inside of the vehicle was filthy. Throughout this process Jennifer G. remained calm, polite, and helpful. Five stars for Jennifer G.! One and a half stars for Ez Rental.
Difficult and tense interactions with the employee renting the vehicle to me. Felt very uncomfortable.

Was a great experience! Really good customer service!
She did quote me $.25 per extra mileage on the email and found out it was $.50 in person, also it would be great if an actual EZ pass was in the vehicle so that I would know exactly how much I owed in tolls immediately upon arrival. Also the one pass did not work on one EZ pass lane in Virginia which could have caused an accident.

Some of the customers were very rude. I felt awful for your staff. I left my garage door opener in the vehicle and they were gonna call me back to let me know one way or the other if they found it but I’ve never heard back.

The staff was really helpful, I was not able to pick up the car on time and they worked with me to make this happen. Much appreciated, it was a very positive experience despite my snafu.
