Reservation was cancelled 3 days before pickup with no alternate solution. This company needs to get organized
I was supposed to pick up a car Sunday October 11,2020 at 10am and nobody was there. I waited for a half hour, knocked on all the doors, called all of the locations, and couldn’t manage to get in contact with one single person. The confirmation number is 100821830 and I would like my money back. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to run a business. I’ve emailed and called and no one has responded.
The woman running the store was really rude, both when I rented it and when I returned it. I waited 50 min for service and there were only 2 people ahead of me in line. I did not complain, but was still treated disrespectfully. The car itself had service warnings on the dash. I emailed the store asking whether I should be concerned and received no reply. Ultimately the car worked and the rate was reasonable. So, I'm not angry. But I'm not pleased. If you want further details, I can provide.
The office was closed and I was not able to pickup the car. Phone not answered. Had to take an Uber instead to where I had to go. Terrible experience!
I was initially taken back by the parking lot and office pop-up. However, the staff was warm and welcoming and the vehicle provided was exceptional. I left so happy supporting a small car rental business as opposed to a chain. These people are doing an amazing job and I will certainly be recommending to friends!
You canceled my reservation without explanation or any effort to make things right. When I called to speak with somebody to figure out how I can still rent a car, I was told ‘we are very busy’ before being hung up on by the staff. I will never rent from this company again and will tell others to do the same.

Do not work with this company. I booked a car and no one was at the office. Ruined my entire trip I had planned for the day. They will not reimburse my losses.
Car was filthy
Great rates and customer service. I’ve rented from here a few times, and the cars have been super clean and well-appointed. I’ve rented from many other agencies both big and small over the past 30 years and i can honestly say that EZ Rental provides the best overall experience on every level.
