Let’s look past the rental car for a moment and focus on the fact that we’re in a pandemic and there were so many people not wearing masks indoors.
As for the rental the A/C vents were broken so that was unfortunate. The gas said it was full on the paperwork when in fact it was at 7/8 when I received it.
And in terms of customer service the person behind the counter kept jumping around from customer to customer. I probably waited for 30 min just to get my vehicle.
The car could use improvement such as less damage and more higher vehicle for accident prevention

This is the second time I rented from here and both times I waited over an hour for my vehicle. The guy who was a the desk was nice and tried his best. Also, the vehicle was NOT wiped down after use by previous driver. I personally sanitized with wipes. Covid is serious.
I waited 45 minutes for my car. I had to stand outside and watch the guy clean it. The reason I waited outside was because two out of the three employees in the trailer were not wearing masks. When I said something one did put one on but one ignored me. This particular rental car agency is in Borough Park which was one of the hot spots of the Corona virus. Very alarming and put me in an anxious state. When I returned the car five people were in the trailer not wearing masks despite sign on door.
