I had a great experience with this rental place. They were reasonably priced.
Nice people and comfortable car
Worst rental experience of my life. After waiting in parking lot for half an hour took an uber to enterprise. would never go back.
We're reporting EZ Rental - Williamsburg to the Better Business Bureau. They advertise cars they don't have on their premises for low prices. When we arrived, our car was not there, but neither was the car for the customer ahead of us or the 6 customers who came during the hour and half we waited to get a car. Finally, a car with a check engine light was given to us and it broke down 4X during our trip, 3X on the day of our return. The manager is charging us for an extra day b/c we were late.
My car wasn’t available so I was given an upgrade. The employee behind the counter saw I was nervous about a mini van and he assured me that he’d get me a car I’d feel comfortable in.

disorganized, poor customer service, tried to charge more than the online quoted rate until I questioned it and demanded the rate quoted. Would not rent here again.
This company gave us a car with FAULTY BREAKS and then took almost 24 to replace it while calling us liars and cheaters. If I could press charges I would - this company should be shut down as it is a literal threat to the community. They are scammers and cheaters and I hope the company shuts down.
Let’s look past the rental car for a moment and focus on the fact that we’re in a pandemic and there were so many people not wearing masks indoors.
As for the rental the A/C vents were broken so that was unfortunate. The gas said it was full on the paperwork when in fact it was at 7/8 when I received it.
And in terms of customer service the person behind the counter kept jumping around from customer to customer. I probably waited for 30 min just to get my vehicle.
