I waited 45 minutes for my car. I had to stand outside and watch the guy clean it. The reason I waited outside was because two out of the three employees in the trailer were not wearing masks. When I said something one did put one on but one ignored me. This particular rental car agency is in Borough Park which was one of the hot spots of the Corona virus. Very alarming and put me in an anxious state. When I returned the car five people were in the trailer not wearing masks despite sign on door.

I rented an 8 passenger van, when I was just a mile away the engine started to make real problems so they told me to bring back the car so I drove back on 10 mph and after I got there they told me that they don't have any 8 passengers left and we didn't fit into a 7 passenger, after waiting there for hours they gave us a 12 passenger with no air condition and doors that don't close properly so you can't lock them and I got no refund I even had to pay more for the van, never again!
