Criminals.
The first car I received had clearly been in an accident and had been poorly repaired. After I requested a replacement, I received another 'crash car'. I requested another car, but then found out that this agency does NOT sanitize its cars!!! Neither attendant wore a face mask when I arrived. The one at the counter only put one on when I stepped into the trailer that they operate from. All in all, I will NEVER rent from this place again.
Agent was a saint. He was kind and patient despite having a maskless jerk get in his face to argue about paying tax.

To be honest, as people who live in Bay Ridge, the 89th st option was perfect. We usually go to one of the airports for economic reasons, but that is such a hassle to and from. With EZ Rental we received a cheaper price, competent and relaxed customer service, and it was steps away.
It was a fine experience overall. The car had a lot of stains in it, which is the first time we experienced this from EZ rental.
Staff were excellent. Made the process quick and smooth.

None of the staff was wearing masks inside a small room. It was a bit shocking and uncomfortable.
The car was reliable, but a little dirty inside upon receipt. Luckily was planning on cleaning/disinfecting the car myself due to covid. The brakes did squeak a bit and tires seemed bald, but luckily i wasn't driving anywhere too strenuous or really that far so it was OK. Would rent again if in need of a car in the neighborhood.
