Dirty car
I was not aware this branch didnt have there own insurance and that I had to use the insurance through my credit card.
I had an hourly car rental service cancel on me last minute. I called EZ Car Rental and they were able to help save my plans. I spent less than 5 minutes in the office before I was on my way. Drop off was just as easy. Highly recommended.
I was a bit frustrated about the service over the phone. Certain agents were lacking in professionalism and attention and I therefore lost the vehicle I wanted. When I made my reservation online the following day the service thereafter was excellent
Coffee spill stains over the door frame. Makes me wonder if it was cleaned at all and this is worrisome during a pandemic. I was also unaware that this company does not provide for renter's insurance which was another reason why I can't really recommend it.
Overall amazing service and they work with you very well.
Very disappointed! Waited 45 mins for the car andnthen they didnt even have the one i asked for. Car had broken headlight, and was dirty.
The staff was very helpful and nice:)
All good, you just need more staff- but the guy was very efficient and nice with us.
Also, the mail box where we left the keys was open, we hesitated a lot to leave the keys there.
