That's my second time I rent car from EZ rental. I loved them because of, their employees are so polite and friendly with good manner and smart behaviour. Also helpful.

This is the second time that I have rented from EZ and the second time I have been extremely satisfied with the service. This time, I was even more pleased, because I had booked a standard mid-size car, however, as the vehicle inventory was out of cars in that category, I was given a Mustang Convertible for the same price. In addition, the onsite staff at the Bay Ridge Brooklyn location couldn't have been more pleasant, professional and courteous.
Rented twice first time was excellent second time was a small issue with the reservation
