The music system for my car did not work at all as there was a system update that had to be done for the car. It was terrible and I could not listen to any music at all on my entire trip.
I filled more fuel on return than how much I was given at the start. The receptionist did not make any adjustments to my final bill to pay for the extra fuel and even this was terrible.
Vehicle given to me had a broken window frame cover.
Overall it was not at all a good experience and would not recommend.

There are many rental companies in Brooklyn, but none as easy to get to as Ez Rental, steps away from the F train station which really makes it a breeze picking up and dropping off.
