Exceeded our expectations!
When I arrived at the airport and called them, they informed me that y they didn't have a car for me. They didn't honor the rental contract. Since all other rental agencies in the airport were out of cars I had to hire a taxi to Orlando. They spoiled the beginning of my vacation and caused substantial extra expenses. I have filed complaints against them with multiple relevant agencies.
Service was excellent and prompt. We were running late and they rushed us to the airport.
It was so nice to be picked up in a car versus a shuttle, and the same for the drop-off experience. It was refreshing.

I showed up at 745AM to the airport to be told that no cars would be available until noon. This was the worst experience I'd ever had.
