Just a little hiccup on the renting, though they did make me wait at times, but they did have a good car for me and I am pleased with what they offered for me, and pleased to hear some explanation on the rate. They were honest though, and others that did ask say that I landed a great deal despite of what is offered online. Though not for native Floridians, out of staters would be satisfied with what Florida Premium would offer.

will never rent from this place again i called to verify requirements and what i need for the vehicle. on arrival everything that was said over the phone was completely different from what was said face to face and i was unable to get the vehicle. waste of time and money.

Overall friendly staff and a good experience. We had a little difficulty with pickup at Miami airport, but it got solved. The only complaint that I would have is the fine print. I was unaware of the zero dollar deductible requirement with my insurance, so I was forced to purchase GAP insurance to cover the difference (which is totally unnecessary). Other than that the car was what I expected, and all the staff were professional and helpful.
