Rental price was hidden in special sun pass fees. Not disclosed on the booking site.
The agent was not knowledgeable about the policy.
Only issue I had was the company advertised that the rental car pick up was at the Airport terminal and it in fact was not. We had to call the company to receive shuttle service to and from their rental agency.
No issues with Florida premium!!
The car was very nice, but the gentlemen who shuttled me to and from the Miami airport were extremely friendly, they are exactly the type to welcome visitors into the city. Thank you!

The only negative comment I would make is when we told them we had our own insurance and showed them it they claimed we couldn’t use it because our car the was insured was a 2002 car. It took a while to straighten it out. The staff was not knowledgeable in it. The rest of the experience was great . Our driver that picked us up and drove us to the airport at 5 am was great!!
