Muy poca información sobre la llegada en el pick up del auto pase 2 horas perdido en el aeropuerto de Miami nadie contestaba el teléfono la información que deban era muy mala y poca . No sabían bien dónde estaba el auto y al final me decían que pregunte al personal del aeropuerto. Fue una muy mala experiencia.
car wasnt there, my family sat outside for an hour. when I dropped the car off the lady said i needed paperwork that i never got and ahe was rude, very rude. The shuttle driver had to figure it out. My stars go out to the shuttle driver. 3rd party rental maybe. I will go with a brand name next.

I was never told that the additional driver was under cost. Had many issues with the payment but the staff helped me.
Great experience
I was told to pick up the van at airport long term parking, I found the van but I had to pay the parking clerkso they would let me out of the parking lot and so they would let me drive away with the van. -wires hanging from the bottom rear -The CHECK ENGINE light is on -The Air Conditioner in the rear cabin does not cool well -windshield wipers would not clean the windows well, they sounded like they were going to fall off as they smacked the glass. -When it rains, rear view camera turns off
Very professional and efficient
I was pretty upset when we had to switch vans. Big alignment issues made it Not drivable. Rear AC didn’t work in Florida, in the summer. My kids were miserable. None of this was disclosed ahead of time. A swap was made to a better vehicle but even that one had an alignment problem. Not as bad, but still not great. Will lost likely not rent again.
Big, comfortable, cold and reliable car.
