Se podría mejorar el estado deL vehículo, tenía casi 5 años de uso, tenía mal olor y problemas para adecuar el aire acondicionado de la parte de atrás, la comunicación con el personal es muy deficiente por los horarios de atención.

Muy poca información sobre la llegada en el pick up del auto pase 2 horas perdido en el aeropuerto de Miami nadie contestaba el teléfono la información que deban era muy mala y poca . No sabían bien dónde estaba el auto y al final me decían que pregunte al personal del aeropuerto. Fue una muy mala experiencia.

car wasnt there, my family sat outside for an hour. when I dropped the car off the lady said i needed paperwork that i never got and ahe was rude, very rude. The shuttle driver had to figure it out. My stars go out to the shuttle driver. 3rd party rental maybe. I will go with a brand name next.

I was never told that the additional driver was under cost. Had many issues with the payment but the staff helped me.
