Most of the staff is very friendly. Vehicle was clean and smelled clean. Some of the vehicles are older and have some wear and tear but otherwise they are great.
The staff and the rental process was great. The car was easy to find at the airport. The van had minor problems with it. Rear windows leaked during rainstorms. Key Fob did not work to lock or unlock the doors. Doors on able to be unlocked manually unless the car was started.

It was a pleasure to have a large vehicle to accommodate my vacation.
This was one of the worst experiences. I rented a mini bus for 15 passengers. First, their process was lengthy as well as very complex. When my guests arrived they couldn’t find the rent then couldn’t find the key. Then, the vehicle had NO air in 110 degree weather. Their person who dropped it off HAD to know this and left it anyway. It was then difficult to get our money back. Horrible company. Do t just read my review look at others. I should have trusted what I read.
