The van worked well. The pick up and drop off process was confusing and difficult with a wheelchair based companion.

i am very thankful for Florida Rental!! Having an elderly mom in a wheelchair, i am thankful for the opportunity to provide transportation to her appointments rather than medical/insurance transportation. We have always had to wait for transportation but on one occasion they had my 91 year old mom on the van for three (3) hours and the only thing they can say was it was a "mix-up" with transportation. The price as 8 dollars more than quoted. I called and they said it was for mandatory roadside assistance which I was not told about. Also when I asked if the shower chair could be folded they told me no, but when I got the chair I was able to fold it. I had asked if the shower chair would have fit in my Toyota Sequoia and she told me no, which clearly it would have. The van was nice and great for my brother's visit.
Contacted company about non working wiper blades and never heard back or had issue resolved. Other than that, great vehicle for big family vacation.
The van rental was satisfactory, I wish the van was a little more updated.
The only complaint i have it will be the operation hours of the office, for what I need the van for a latter pick up hours and return hours will be better for me, the rest of the experience was good.
I had issues with the entire process. It was an unacceptable process to retrieve the van, the radio didn't work, the horn didn't work and I am STILL awaiting any response from the company. I voiced my complaints to the company via phone and email and have had no response or acknowledgement towards finding a resolution.
