The vehicle needed a wheel alignment. The bench seats were leaning and would lift up when I turned corners so that the passengers felt like they would fall. The air was intermittent which was, at times, stifling in the humid atmosphere. The front passenger seatbelt stopped working. We spent well over an hour at the rental office waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. and the air still wasn't fully cold. It would have been good to have that day refunded as there were no other vehicles available.
First time renting a handicap van for wheelchair bound nephew to attend graduation. Staff very pleasant and courteous. Van was very clean both inside and out. Instructions quite good but first time did a vehicle rental entirely online. Quite a bit of paperwork but manageable. Overall a good experience given the complexity of dealing with such a specialized vehicle for the first time.
Air conditioning, was not working, the switch for the disabled ramp in rear of vehicle was faulty. No response from company to my message left on there answer phone.
The Jeep Wrangler I rented was in poor condition: Cracks in the hood, dent in the grill, chip in the wind shield Etc. The interior was wet when we picked the Jeep up. For the price I paid I expected alot better.

The vehicle I rented developed a fault ( (gas cap) indicated on dashboard, also engine warning light ) I took the van to the Florida depot on Orange Avenue the mechanic said, there is no problem, only a filter needs changing, the van will run with the indication on the dashboard. He did not replace the said filter, so I drove the van with the indication on all the time until I returned it, in my opinion I think he should have changed it and not let a renter drive it that way.
Great rate, friendly service, no problems
The rental process was easy and employees were excellent. The vehicle E350 was dated and had squeaks the ABS brake light would com on and off. I don’t kno the year but no backup camera so prior to 2014 for sure. For the money spent I would have expected something new to three year old at worst. It got us from Point A to point B without problems but they need to update their vehicles.
