No attendant in parking lot where you pick-up vehicle. Unfortunately, a customer arrived before us and took our vehicle instead of their own. Luckily, their vehicle was similar to the one we requested and after some telephone calls back and forth, we were able to take their vehicle since they were too far away to return with ours. Customer service was helpful, but this would not have happened had there been an attendant present to make sure each customer received the vehicle issued to them.
The vans were perfect, was very pleased with the service we had from day 1 until return. Only thing would be access to Bluetooth or usb. Other than that keep it up.

Poorest rental car experience I have ever had. I travel a good amount for work and these people are the most corrupt, deceitful I have EVER dealt with. Not an easy experience from start to finish and I will be following up with my attorney for unlawful charges of $220 for 1/4 tank of gas!!!
Great service by staff. Vehicle handicapped ramp was a little ornery when trying to deploy & stow ( ramp would deploy then retract on it's own. Also, ramp door would close then open on it's own. Sometimes I had to try two or three times to get things right ).
We will never rent a van from this company again.The instructions to pick up the van were sent to the wrong phone number. When I called to find out where the van was, I was given the wrong information. I requested a side entry van for 1st & 2nd choice and was given a rear entry manual lift, which was difficult to use and reach the tie downs. My son was unable to get up the ramp by himself and tipped backwards. It was difficult for me to push him up the ramp. We've never had to pay for parking.
There was a missing row of seats but was able to call the office and get everything straight.
Checked Engine light was on (Traction Control problem) when I got the vehicle but did not notice right away...
Also, I got a problem when returning the van @WalkyPark as there was no adapted vehicle available on site (broken) around 6:00 pm on March 10th, 2018.
