The lady I spoke with was rude and uncooperative. When I finally spoke to Michael Goldberg, he was understanding. Parking fees when it was picked up and dropped off were not made clear that it would be an extra $25 each time. The van had an engine light on upon us getting it. The van hood was popped, the handicap tag was already expired in our vehicle. The van sounded like it was going to blow up every time we accelerate. It krp saying there was a problem with gas cap and no airvents in back.

This company does not provide curbside pick up and drop off at the airport. I have rented with several other companies and they meet you at the airport arrival and departure drop off areas.We had to walk across the terminal with a wheelchair and luggage to find the Hyatt Hotel to pick up the van and it was not easy to find the Hotels entrance to drop it off before leaving. The vans ramp didn't always want to work either. The only plus was that there was a handicapped parking placard in the van.
First they were an hour late to pick us up, second the ac didn't work for the back part of the van

One thing, the signs to get to the Hyatt Valet are not so clear at the airport. Perhaps you could provide better instructions on how to arrive there for drop off. Or perhaps you did and I missed it? Also, the upholstery on the back of the front passenger seat came a bit undone because the ramp was rubbing there. Thanks for good pricing!
