Everyone at this location was very helpful and nice. Without them our trip would not have happened and we were very grateful that they were so accommodating!!!
I ordered a side entry and received a rear entry mini van. It turned out better than I expected. I was not notified of the difference though. I also think there are too many extra charges after paying almost $700 for the rental they also charged for tolls after the fact. Overall not a bad experience

Van was acceptable. A bit worn but expected. Good service on phone when we had a minor problem (low tire pressure light). Overall a good experience.

The van was adequate, but the locks didn't work. We were able to open the side door even after the doors were locked. This made it difficult to secure our belongings.
The van was delivered to airport 3 days early resulting on us paying 60 for parking instead of 15.
We got extra charges for mileage that I do not understand.
Renting the van made our vacation much better and easier to get 9 people afound town. The staff was great and even though I had on Memorial Day turn in was fantastic.
