We have rented from FVR many times, and will continue to do so in the future. The staff is always very helpful.

Documents to be signed were emailed to the wrong account, causing them to cancel our original reservation with a bigger Van that had more cargo room and unlimited mileage. All that was left was a sprinter Van that had almost no cargo room.

The first van was with automatic ramp. But the van itself was in mechanical dangerous condition. Not at all in conditions to be rentes. It took one day waiting for someone to change the vehicle. The new vehicle had a manual ramp. BAVN SEAT was in bad condición. After one day using it, The engine light turned on, but I was told that The car was in good shape, it was only a light . Not recommended It has no was to fasten SEAT Belt for the wheelchair person. I dont recomend this company for

There was no part of this renting experience that was pleasant. They could not get my paperwork right. I had to fill out the same information again and again. When I picked up the van from the valet at 3am, the check engine light was on. When I called about it in the morning, the guy stated he knew it was on and I should "trust him" it was in good working order and never offered to do anything about it-And everyone was rude with each interact-do not rent from this company

Dear Denise, I sincerely apologize for your poor experience with us. We are in the process of switch to a new paperless reservation system and have had a few problems migrating over to the new system. As far as the check engine light, it has been our experience that there are various of minor problems that can trigger the check engine light. If the check engine light was on when you received the vehicle, our mechanic would have already diagnosed the code and found that it was not important enough to remove the vehicle from service. As far as the rental agent's treatment of you, we will review our phone and email communications with you to see if disciplinary action should be taken on our part. We strive to maintain the highest level of customer service and do not accept any less from our employees. Thank you for the feedback, we will advise you of what we find.

would have preferred side entry and the seat belts were all tangled.
