Got a great deal on my wheelchair van and scooter rental. I would definitely recommend them.
There was no part of this renting experience that was pleasant. They could not get my paperwork right. I had to fill out the same information again and again. When I picked up the van from the valet at 3am, the check engine light was on. When I called about it in the morning, the guy stated he knew it was on and I should "trust him" it was in good working order and never offered to do anything about it-And everyone was rude with each interact-do not rent from this company

I sincerely apologize for your poor experience with us. We are in the process of switch to a new paperless reservation system and have had a few problems migrating over to the new system. As far as the check engine light, it has been our experience that there are various of minor problems that can trigger the check engine light. If the check engine light was on when you received the vehicle, our mechanic would have already diagnosed the code and found that it was not important enough to remove the vehicle from service. As far as the rental agent's treatment of you, we will review our phone and email communications with you to see if disciplinary action should be taken on our part. We strive to maintain the highest level of customer service and do not accept any less from our employees. Thank you for the feedback, we will advise you of what we find.
would have preferred side entry and the seat belts were all tangled.

When I was shopping around for a wheelchair accessible van, I found Florida Van Rentals to be most reasonable. The pick up at the Hyatt was convenient. The vehicle was sub-par (nothing power, ran very loud) but got us where we needed. I am disappointed with my final bill. I was charged with 2.5 gallons of gas (@$10/gal) and I filled up within 5 miles of the airport. I'm not sure where all the van was driven after I dropped it off but I don't feel I should've been charged for miles I didn't drive
Rental van was old and the wheel was wobbly. Did not sign documents to confirm an additional reservation but they charged my card anyway. They kept my card on file and transferred it to another reservation. This is so wrong. I feel duped. Do not rent from this company
The whole experience was good. I would use them again. We got in earlier than expected and the van was ready when we got there.
As it was a hockey team we requested that the back seat be removed and paid for the service. It wasn't until we went to pick up our two vans that we were told it wasn't possible as they were being returned to a different town. Had we been told this we would not have gone ahead with booking as we needed all the roomthis would have provided to transport all the hockey gear. In the end all the players and equipment could not fit in we had to have some of the parents take players in their rentals
