First, Marilyn was great to work with! But after requesting a side entrance ramp for several reasons, I was given a rear ramp van. We made it work but was disappointed. Also I picked the van up late on Monday afternoon as scheduled. You guys dropped the van off on Sunday instead of anytime on Monday. This 24 hour early delivery cost me over $30 in parking costs.

I was very pleased with the staff, they added a driver when needed and were helpful with pickup and drop off. We were very disappointed that we did not receive the vehicle we requested and the quality of the vehicle was very poor (scratches on the body and rattled when driven)

I rented a van and was supposed to pick it up at 4 pm. They were supposed to contact me to let me know the plate number and I had to call at 4 pm, and I didn't receive an email until 5 pm. If I hadn't calle, I wouldn't have received the information until an hour late. When I called to let them know, their reason was because they are really busy. That is not a reason, they need to find a way that is more efficient or do not take on so much business.

I could not be happier with how smooth this rental experience went. Everything seemed to fall so easily into my lap. As soon as I landed, I received a text message with details as to where my vehicle would be located, where the keys would be at, and was even wished an enjoyable vacation. As soon as I walked out of the airport, the shuttle to take you to the lot was sitting right in front of me. It took me straight there and I was on the road seconds later. Will rent again! Recommend highly!

I contracted for a Side entry van but received a rear entry van. It was very difficult to use and scary getting in and out of. I understand if there were no side entry vehicles remaining but should have been told I had of time. Then, I was charged $200 for ripped seats but no one said. I contacted the company but to this day I have been totally dissatisfied with the response or lack there of.

Vehicle was dirty, search belt did not work, all tail lights, turning signals, or hazards did not work. Had different seat. Would not use this company at all.

Dear Mr. Perez, We apologize that you were not satisfied with the condition of your rental. After further inspection of the vehicle we discovered there was a blown fuse. As far as the seat belts, we could not find any problems. We have added a credit to your account to be used towards any future rental. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
