Overall the experience was fine. I didn't know the van would be parked in a lot that I would need to pay to get it out of until a few days before I picked it up (cost $20 to get the car out of the lot, not sure how much I will pay on the return). The van i requested was a side entry but got a rear entry, so lost 1 seat compared to what I requested. The van only can travel 100 miles / day, without charges, which is pretty limiting if you want to travel around FL a bit. $0.25/mile over that.
The service was great and friendly. The vans had some issues though. The first van had an alignment prob and was veering right. The rental company were quick to send a replacement unfortunately the second vehicle had unbalanced wheels making it vibrate at 50 miles an hour and Its central locking system was not working.
I completed the tank but I was charged for more gas anyway. First, it was said I needed the receipt. When I showed by credit card that I expended $80 in gas 0.4 miles away, they say it is not proof that I completed, what means even if I had the receipt and I did not put maximum possible in the van, I would be charged, my word against the company. That is not honest!
My vacation and van rental with Florida Van Rental was wonderful. Marilyn & Michael are huge assets to your company. They are fantasticfantastic. I got side swiped by a semi truck in our rental on our first day in Florida and throughout the ordeal Michael was very concerned and empathetic towards our safety and feelings. He made what started out to be a bad situation more memorable and painless. Due to this epic service and customer service we will definitely do ALL of our rentals with you.

All interactions with employees were pleasant. Van was exactly as expected. Would definitely recommend.
This did not have working air, the cooling check engine was on the whole time and the back up beeper would not stop beeping when the mini bus was turned off. Wasted lots of tie with that finally unplugged under the hood.. It was 99 plus degrees the whole time in the bus and very miserable was never able to talk to a person and never seen a person. Picked up at a lot and dropped it back off there. No customer service.
several issues with the reservation, several e-mails back and forth to make it work. Also the car had several issues, Injection red light on in the dashboard, trunk didn't lock. I'm glad I have the option to rent an accessible van, but the service was way behind the expectation. I rend similar cars in other regions and haven't had any problem.
Our family rented a side entry wheelchair van from Florida Van Rentals for our trip to Disney World, our flight got delayed, and the airline lost our luggage but everything went very smoothly with our van rental. Very nice people and were extremely accommodating with us after explaining our situation. Thanks again, we will definitely be using your company again!
