The vehicle was clean are ready for me. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely rent from them again. This was the best rental experience I've ever had. Fastest pickup and get on my way that I have ever seen.
This was our first experience with this agency we couldn't of asked for more! From my first call to the drop off everything went smoothe. The car was waiting for us,it was better than expected! We simply left the van at the airport and it was picked up! No stress, no waiting, NO PROBLEMS. This will be our rental company from now on. Great service
I didn't received the van that I had requested. Other than that everything was great, I will use this agency and recommend as well.

Van had check engine light on, and gas cap warning indicator on. Removed gas cap and reinstalled it with no success. Van appeared to need alligned. Rode very rough and pulled at highway speed.
I'm very disappointed with van provided the first time. It was old, dirty and smelled bad. Also, I asked to pay for insurance to avoid paying for damages like the one we had the night prior to our departure, but this was not available. This insurance type should be available to avoid unexpected charges like $371 extra to fix the door locks.
Everything was good except that you forgot the carseats we requested and paid for that we had to wait 30 minutes for them to be brought to where we had to pick up the van. When the carseats came they're kind of old and dirty. Should've been cleaned before you let customers use them especially that babies are sensitive and would need clean ones at least and they should have been properly installed. Everything else was good and up to our expectations.

Couldn't have been better
I had a very good experience with Florida Van Rentals. It was a little extra work at the beginning to get all of the paperwork complete, but once that was taken care of it was neat, clean, and easy. No waiting at a check in desk, just get in the van and go. The van was in good condition and met our needs.
