Air conditioning in vans did not work properly but we were promised a refund so they made good on it,,
Quick and easy
Van was not ready at pick up time.
Passenger Headlight burnt out.
Front end shake around 70mph.
Check engine soon light came on and went off intermittently.
This was our second annual rental... we will probably rent again, last year's van was definitely a better value.

En el email de confirmacion me dijeron que tenian una van con side entry
La van iba aser dejada en el aeropuerto de Fort lauderdale y media hora antes de la hora combinada, la van fuer dejada en un parqueo en la estacion del trail de Griffin Rd. y me cobraron el parqueo del aeropuerto $28
Too expensive
I had booked a 14 pass van with GPS unit as I am not a local and have very little knowledge of the area. When I got to the vehicle in the night no GPS in vehicle. Luckily I had my old one from home as a backup. Secondly no one returned my call when I left a message Saturday and Sunday. The light on the passenger side was cracked and a dent in the quarter panel on the drivers side back was on the van prior to rental but nowhere was this documented on the rental slip. On return I had no one tell

I would definitely recommend Florida Van Rentals and we will be using them on our next trip to Orlando. The rental was easy and convenient.
Horrible service! Will never call this business ever again. They told our company we could only rent a vehicle online, so we did and got a confirmation email. The day it came to pick up the van they said they never received our email. After some research they found it and kept blaming another co worker for not sending us information to fill out. So unprofessional & SO rude. Never again!!!

Dear Charles, we apologize for your poor experience. After checking into your issue, I was advised that your insurance did not transfer to the rental at the time we verified insurance and we attempted to accommodate you by locating you a vehicle but you did not want to wait. As far as the unprofessional treatment, there is no excuse but we have made some changes to our reservation staff and hopefully have remedied that problem. Thanks for your feedback we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we can improve.
Had difficulty on arrival at airport as the shuttle bus was a 45 minute wait - not good with 5 small children after a delayed flight. Also the text message with the registration plate number arrived after picking up the van. Thankfully the shuttle bus driver helped us out. Other than that the van was great, the process for booking straightforward and the staff were very helpful answering my queries.
