I had a very good experience with Florida Van Rentals. It was a little extra work at the beginning to get all of the paperwork complete, but once that was taken care of it was neat, clean, and easy. No waiting at a check in desk, just get in the van and go. The van was in good condition and met our needs.

A few days prior to me coming to Florida, I read your reviews online and they were all bad. I called and tried to cancel and was just going to lose the money and rent somewhere else. I decided to give your agency a chance and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Communication was good as to where to pick up the shuttle, it was prompt, car was good, return was so easy and we didn't have to call for the shuttle because the man at the parking lot did. Shuttle came right away

The staff and service was great, the inside was very clean. I was a little disappointed with the vehicle. The shifter was very worn and had to be slid into place very carefully or it would miss. When driving the steering was very loose and at 55mph or higher the van would shake. Overall the van ran good and served its purpose. I was just expecting a newer model. Thanks
The car was old and not in excellent conditions.
