Great company. Easy to deal with
The van was waiting for us (12 passenger Sprinter to shuttle our wedding guests) as promised but when I started it, it had a check engine light. The airport pickup location is not at their facility, so I called the company. They mentioned it was probably nothing but I could drive it by for their mechanic to scan. 20 minutes out of my way only to have the mechanic say, "oh yeah, I knew that was on; it's not urgent... just ignore it". A note in the van would have been nice. Otherwise ok.
Outstanding service and value. This is the 3rd time I've rented a van from Florida Van Rentals and I have never experienced any problems.
It was a handicap van and it needed service. the van had a vibration under the driver seat that was VERY annoying. almost distracting. the van did what it was expected to do just wish it came with some kind of directions to seatbelt the wheelchair passenger in properly.

The vehicle was great. Price was great. Just would have liked a little more cargo space. Thought it was extended van.
It rained Saturday and LEAKED IN THE VAN!!! HAIR AND OUTFITS GOT WET.... WE WERE UNABLE to enjoy our last night in Miami! Very disturbing.
Our vehicle didn't show up when requested. We waited over an hour.
