The rear entry wheelchair accessible van wasn't the best configuration for our family for traveling. All the luggage had to be removed and replaced each time the person using the wheelchair entered or exited the vehicle. Side entry wheelchair accessibility would have been the difference between good and great. We also would have liked to have had the info about where the last gas station to refill before returning was located.
Everything was good, except the cars brakes were very rough and not working properly. I drive for a living so I know my vehicles. The steering wheel was loose, the key stuck, but it got us around and it was the right size and it was clean enough, so overall it was a good experience.
Air conditioning in vans did not work properly but we were promised a refund so they made good on it,,

Van was not ready at pick up time.
Passenger Headlight burnt out.
Front end shake around 70mph.
Check engine soon light came on and went off intermittently.
This was our second annual rental... we will probably rent again, last year's van was definitely a better value.

La van iba aser dejada en el aeropuerto de Fort lauderdale y media hora antes de la hora combinada, la van fuer dejada en un parqueo en la estacion del trail de Griffin Rd. y me cobraron el parqueo del aeropuerto $28
Too expensive
I had booked a 14 pass van with GPS unit as I am not a local and have very little knowledge of the area. When I got to the vehicle in the night no GPS in vehicle. Luckily I had my old one from home as a backup. Secondly no one returned my call when I left a message Saturday and Sunday. The light on the passenger side was cracked and a dent in the quarter panel on the drivers side back was on the van prior to rental but nowhere was this documented on the rental slip. On return I had no one tell
Great company would use again.
I would definitely recommend Florida Van Rentals and we will be using them on our next trip to Orlando. The rental was easy and convenient.
