I arrived in Orlando with a confirmation number and called to see how to get picked up only to be told that my reservation went into the spam box and they did not have a van. So I am high and dry with 7 children trying to solve the problem. The phone person said I could go to EZ and they had better rates. She lied. . . the rental after a lot of work and negotiation finally ended up costing me an additional $100 dollars. Now that I am back home I will begin the process of calling BBB etc.
Just had difficulty finding a diesel gas station close to the airport. Would help to have directions.
Check engine light and engine oil lights were on the whole time during the trip but the office said that the computer was not reset properly and to disregard.

The driver on the shuttle had no idea what I was talking about when I told her I needed to be dropped off ad the employee parking lot. She said we don't have anything like that. She had to make a phone call to someone who straightened her out and I did get to where I needed to be after that.
Had to rent a van at the last minute, and scott was fast to accomodate me and my needs. thank you for being accomodating to my first visit here.
It was an old Chevy 2008 Van, with +65k miles road (more than 106k km) and with lot of fuel consumption (14 MPG / 6KM/L)
I would expected a better car ( > +3 years old) for the price I paid.
The seats was not confortable, but the Van works very well ( ran for more than 1000 miles in Florida)
Upon arrival at the airport, realized Florida Van Rentals had not given me final instructions for pick up. Called them from airport and spoke with Michelle. She said she was the responsible employee and she never did the final processing of the request. No van was available, she had no other options or vehicles to rent us and said there was nothing she could do to help us. Turns out, they are not located at the airport, they do no honor their confirmation codes or rates. I will never use them.
Good value for the price we paid. However, charging for toll card, even though we did not use it, is not correct. Once we returned the vehicle at the designated spot and called your office and told them about it - for some reason we got a call from your office stating we did not return the vehicle. To our surprise we learned later that somebody else picked up our car that your company did not know off. So the question is - is it a correct procedure to return the vehicle? Change the procedure.
