Fuera de eso todo bien
Staff was fine when ordering. We had numerous problems with the vehicle and were very embarrassed to travel in our vehicle to a family wedding. Here is a list of problems we had:
We ordered a side entry and received a rear. We felt we had one less passenger seat.
Remote key fob did not work
Leak in exhaust-very loud- told to take vehicle 300 miles away to get inspected
Rear suspension-shocks were shot and vehicle was unsafe-continuous bouncing after bumps

Van was dirty and not what I expected comfort wise poor vehicle to rent
Van we rented was clearly used as it had some tear and wear on the inside. However, the interior was clean. Great value for the money!

The only thing I would have required was for the van to have been more clean and deoderized. It did not smell too good. But it absolutely met our needs and more. If I could buy it right now for my Mother I would. She was so happy. I will definitely require your company again and others that I know.
