Awesome company! Owner gave us 12 passenger vans at the rate of an 8 passenger van and even drove to get us Dunkin Dougnuts.

We were not picked up - the van was left in a parking lot - we paid to leave the lot when we picked it up and again the day you picked it up. The vehicle needed repairs - out of line; brakes; etc., air conditioner was great. We would rent "conditionally" and recommendation "conditionally". We have not received our bill so I cannot speak to the final cost - whatever it is, the condition of the vehicle marred any good feelings about a rate. Kathy was great; arranged an airport switch for me.

after receiving a conformation number and emails that the van was available when I arrived in Orlando I was told that there were no van available and that my credit card was not charged and that is why they didn't hold my reservation. Customer should not be responsible for airport parking fees on BOTH ends. Also, I asked for the back seat to be removed for luggage and this was not done. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the rental.

The brakes on one of the vans were very soft and when the vehicle was warm we had to pump the brake to enable the brakes to work properly. I would recommend checking the master cylinder. Otherwise, vehicles were great.
Our experience was overall very good. I thought that the van could have been newer since cloth seats can absorb odors and are hard to cover up. However, I did see newer vans onsite but we weren't lucky enough to get one. Next time we'll request a newer van. We rented a 15 passenger van and there wasn't too much space for luggage but we made it work. All in all, I'd definitely rent another van again.
