We rented a Dodge Caravan with side entry accessible entrance. The van was dirty, old, and was not maintained well. We had to use the valet key to open the doors, the remote did not work. Passenger window did not work, had to be operated by the driver (we checked the child lock feature and that did not help). The right passenger door was closed, but it always sounded like it was open due to the noise. The van squeaked and rattled. Definitely would not recommend Florida Van Rental.

Rattled and banged, inside trip was all loose and popped off around sears. Great company to deal with, did need to wait over an hour for shuttle pick up. Drop off was easy and helpful.
On one van, headlight was out and motor to windshield wipers was broken

The directions we were given for pickup and dropoff were clear and easy to follow. The vans themselves were very nice and comfortable. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

This was one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever had renting a vehicle from a company. We waited over half an hour for a ride to get to the park to pick up our vehicle. on arrival vehicle was not fit for our needs and there was no opportunity to change the vehicle or any customer service whatsoever except for a guy on the phone who wanted to argue. Vehicle was dirty., Old, smell like cigarette smoke and definitely not safe. The company has lack of customer service and Just a bad experien
The Braunability had the usual problems with the ramp and the door not always opening. We have a similar van, and have the same problems, so I know it is not the fault of the car rental co
