the whole experience was smooth and I found the agency very easy to work with
Only item missing was a child's seat which is a big safety item - Other than this everything was great
i had to wait at the airport for 40 minutes before i was able to contact someone to find out the exact location of the vehicle. the pick up from miami airport would have been better if i knew in advance where the vehicle was.
I am very happy with my rental experience with Florida Van Rentals. We arrived on a red eye at 6 AM on a Sunday. The minivan was parked conveniently in the airport parking as we were told. The van was clean and in good condition. We left on the night of Christmas and parked the car in the same airport parking structure and proceeded to our gate. We didn't have to deal with waiting for a shuttle or having to move our luggage on and off the shuttle, etc. I recommend this company and use it again.

We had some trouble finding where the vans were parked but that was due to our confusion with "row M" at the airport.
