Rental was cancelled with no notice. When I spoke with the manager, he made no attempt to compensate me in any way, or even apologize. He acknowledged that I had a confirmed reservation, but he said he didn't have any vehicles. He didn't even offer an alternative. There was no sense of remorse or sympathy. I will never rent from Florida Van Rentals again.

I reserved three vehicles in July for late December. A week before pickup, I was informed that only one vehicle was available. I had to scramble at the last minute to rent from another agency, at an additional cost of around $1000. When I did pick up the one vehicle available from the airport parking lot, I had to pay $39 to retrieve it (it had been sitting there for over two days). The manager was extremely unhelpful and almost belligerent. He told me that this happens all the time. I am done.

The vehicle was OLD! We paid over $1000 for a week due to needing a ramp for wheelchair but for that price NO one else would except a vehicle that old with such a basic model. Disappointing to continue to marginalized due to a disability. :(

Great experience! They met us at the airport with the van for drop off and pick up. So easy. Van was great.
The pick up and drop off instructions for the van were very easy to follow. The van was exactly what we expected. there is a shuttle available that will bring you to the van and back to the airport after dropping it off. it was very convenient. we prepaid for the rental so no surprises at the end. would recommend
For the money I paid I wished I had a latest model like a 2021 or latest model. I had a 2020.
We very much appreciated the availability of a van over the Christmas holiday. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was a unique process and since this was a first time renting from Florida Vans, we were uncomfortable with the process but everything went off with zero issues. When we need a large van again, we will use Florida Vans.
