Easy process for pick up and drop off. Much better than any of the major rental agencies I have used in the past.
Reservation time was for Tampa at 9am. Agency did not drop the van off in Tampa, so they had to bring it over from Orlando at 10am. We had to spend $200 to uber our team to the training facility. When the van arrived 3.5 hours late, it was not in good condition. The side door could not be opened from the inside at all and opening from the outside was difficult. The van also shook violently over 60mph. Absolutely not what we paid for and there was no attempt to rectify it or give any discount.
The only confusion was dropping off the van. The lady at the booth said to put it in the back but there were no parking spaces.
Staff was great. Unfortunately, someone backed into me while I had the rental, but staff was wonderful in working with me through the incident and reporting it. The actual use of the van to transport my mother-in-law around was made very easy and safe.
Highly recommend Florida Van Rentals. They never disappoint, best service and product around. They made our spring training trip travel stress free!!!

we would deftly recommend Florida Van Rentals to anyone our bus was broken, and we had no access to a Lyft for our residents and they came through in time of need.

I did not appreciate how they dropped the van two days early as it caused me to have to pay extra in parking fees.
