I no fuss easy rental
You should advise customers to fill with gas before they get to the station next to Wally Park. I had to pay $5.89/gallon. That is rediculous. The rest of the rental experience worked well.
Both headlights were out, non-functional.

Satisfied
The company was able to find us an accessible van on short notice, but the van had several issues. The driver's seat wouldn't adjust, which was a problem. I am short, and the seat was too far back and I had to drive with a backpack behind me so I could reach the pedals. The cruise control also didn't work. The van was parked at an offsite location, and it took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take me to the offsite location.
The van's interior was impressively clean when we picked it up! The condition of the van was better than I would expect for a rental vehicle with 50K+ miles on it.
