The airport fee was charged even though the van was picked up/dropped off at the office.
I believe the key fob battery needed to be replaced on the unit we rented. Also, the return instructions were lacking.

Better pick up and drop off information
We lost the jey to the van. When we called the gentleman told us that he just left for the day and we needed to call a locksmith. We were charged $350. I know it was our fault for losing the key, but to tell us to call a locksmith and not even help us was really poor customer service.
No Problems
I requested a 15 passenger van, I received a 12 passenger van. The space was cramped, but we managed. The first van AC was bad but was switched. Great service. Just thought I should get refunded for inconvenience and not getting a 15 passenger
