For the money I paid I wished I had a latest model like a 2021 or latest model. I had a 2020.
We very much appreciated the availability of a van over the Christmas holiday. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was a unique process and since this was a first time renting from Florida Vans, we were uncomfortable with the process but everything went off with zero issues. When we need a large van again, we will use Florida Vans.
Was hoping for a better van feel like I got the crapiest van was making noises all the way no gps no Bluetooth the back air wasn’t working honestly I feel like I got the oldest van you guys have but Thank God got back home safe was worried all the way there in back I was going to get stranded check light engine on to noisy
First van back door was jammed and won't open, received second van which has one headlight out, I was pulled over by police officer and given warning. Spend too much time for replacing vehicles during my vacation. I would not recommend anyone to rent from this agency.

The billing department charges was mistaking.
In general everything was good but We would have appreciate a newer vehicle, similar to other clients picking up at same spot and time.
