I’ve used this company before, they’re very responsive, this time was very unprofessional & felt like our booking was forgotten & as an afterthought a less than acceptable vehicle with cooling that didn’t work was delivered to us late, had to wait at the airport over an hour because vehicle still had to be cleaned, refuelled and delivered, I did book in advance.
We were left disappointed and won’t come back again.

FVR did a bang up job once again. Excellent at customer service. Very responsive. Vans were what they were, but got me where I needed to be safely.

Love a van
This company makes customer service a core value. They bent over backwards to make our rental experience great. They even sent a small stuffed animal back to us after my grandson left it in the van when we dropped it off. Great people at this place.
This is my second time renting a van from Florida Van rental . I requested to change my van and they accommodate my request. Vehicle was in a great condition. Price is better than other companies. It was easy pick up and drop off . Highly recommended.

You should have a representative at airport
Last year the vehicle was a better one
