Pick up and drop off service at the airport was excellent!
Sadly we would not use this service again. When we arrived at the airport we had to walk round the car park to find the car as we were just sent images of the van in the space. The first car we had the ramp and door kept getting stuck which resulted as our daughter getting stuck in the van in her wheelchair. The van was swapped but we were still disappointed. We paid for a sat nav that didn't work which was also swapped and the 2nd didn't work so ended up hiring one from else where.
although the van was a little more wore than expected, it still was a great source of transportation for my son and family. If needed, I would definitely do it again.
Everything was great, right up until approximately 45 minutes prior to returning the vehicle. The driver’s side window fell off its track. We weren’t able to fix it and had to drive with the window down while raining. My quad niece got the brunt of the wind and rain making her uncomfortable. Other than that, all was well.
I did not like the constant calling and texting asking when I would return the van on the day of return I do not remember the exact time I put however I thought I said late afternoon.
They where very helpful.
I would rent from Florida Ban Rentals again! The Mercedes Sprinter was exactly as described, on time, and serviced. Communication was clear and prompt.

This was a great experience. The folks that helped us at the agency were so accommodating and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. The van we rented was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend Florida Van Rentals for their excellent customer service and reasonable prices.
