Figuring our how to catch the shuttle was a little confusing, but otherwise everything was very easy!

The van seemed to be very loud and hard to turn the wheel like it was missing power stearing fluid. Really should make sure that the vehicles are all the way up to par before renting them out. Other than that it was ok.

I never saw any staff, I picked the vehicle up and everything was there as communicated to me, and when I dropped it off, I didn't see anyone then either.
