Very little communication throughout the entire process, but ended up being ok

Unfortunately, the vehicle we were issued was not in the best shape. After departing the lot and arriving at our first destination we realized the vehicle did not lock so we were unable to secure our luggage, therefore, someone had to remain in the vehicle the entire time with our belongings. Disappointing and inconvenient.
I’d recommend Florida Van Rental to anyone! Outstanding customer service and extreme professionalism!
