We made and error on our application, we put the wrong airport which I didn’t realize until the day before we were to live. The gentleman I spoke with that evening did all he could to help me and get a Van to the right airport on time, When we landed I received a text with all the new pickup info. This gentleman saved the day for us, differently want to give him 2 thumbs up.
The van was dirty and smelled bad due the fact that water would get in when it rained. The lift was not operable in the beginning.

When we arrive at the airport our van was mistakenly taken by another family Michael was very prompt to try to correct the situation why instead of giving us two handicap minivans and also even going to the store for us to Buy us a infant car seat as we needed. Although our car wasn’t available Michael was more than accommodating by giving us the two vans even though it was not his fault it was the parking lot who gave up the wrong van.
