the van was nice the air conditioning was a little rough and the van was a little beat up when we got it but it got the job done !
Absolute disgrace of a company. We didn't receive the vehicles we paid for and then one we used was barely road legal, was falling apart, had damage to it, an engine warning light, no air conditioning and one of the benches inside the vehicle wasn't attached to the floor so during an accident anyone sitting there wouldn't stand a chance.

We kept losing air on the driver side rear tire.
they are doing very well. just a problem with the air conditioning that when you stopped somewhere the air stopped working and hot air began to come out
The AC was not working in the back of the vehicle until the motor finally kicked on and the back piece of the ceiling was broken So once the a/c was on the air was not coming out my son pushed the back piece back up and it stayed of a few days until it fell down and would not go back up. The van was hot again the van.
The process was simple and efficient
Pick up was a nightmare!! No communication of car reg, key location or shuttle pick up in advance which was what was agreed. This led to a very stressful start to my holiday. Shuttle had no disabled access despite me hiring a disabled van!!! The van itself was ok and functional. Drop off was smooth however the shuttle with disabled access was still unavailable. I complained about my experience and did not get a satisfactory resolution
I had a great experience with Florida vans. The Van was clean and on full. The customer service was pleasant and uneventful. I would definitely rent from the company again.
