1. the vehicle was not rear entry as ordered, 2. the drivers side wiper blade was faulty & in my view unsafe to drive. In the UK, this vehicle would have failed an MOT for that reason. Ironically, when this was queried, it was made my responsibility to get this fixed at my expense although I was told to leave the receipt in the van, & I would be reimbursed. It is clear that this company turns over vehicle exchanges quickly, forgetting about safety standards & asking clients to rectify problems.

We didn’t receive the vans that we had reserved two months in advance. Michael and Brian worked to make sure that we received the appropriate van that we ordered. They came to our hotel to swap out.
