Van was nice. Staff was always helpful when I called
my flight arrived earlier, asked for an early pick up and didnt get it. pick up was at 10 am waited on the parking lot till 10:30 because the van wasnt ready. on the contract says I was getting a transit instead they gave me a chevrolet van, the door handles were broken, a/c buttons missing and couldnt control the temp. the car seat they gave me was super dirty filled with sticky candy and not placed. The guy giving me the direcctions by phone on how to look for the van was rude.
Overall, it was a good experience. I wish the rental company had a spare key. There was a mistake on our part and we had to have a key made. I would have preferred to just pay a small fine for a spare key to be delivered to us rather than pay a locksmith. That was odd the rental company didn’t have any other key to the van.
Instructions on how to get to the rental was confusing but other than that an overall good experience.
Communication was very good and they are helpful.However are expectation about the vehicle is way we expected it to be.Chairs are uncomfortable,radio is broken,ac controller is broken its either off or level 3. Windows and doors have leaks so you can feel and hear the air inside the bus. Brake pads needs to be checked too.The vehicle is spacoius but it needs a lot of updating. Back camera will be a plus thing.Over all i recommend the rental agency but not the 15 pax mini bus for long drives.
Have used Florida Van Rentals for a number of years great company to work with, the only issue I had
this year is it would have been nice to have passenger front seat in, but we made it work, see you next year

Personel were very helpful and prompt. The only "complaint" is the price--that is a lot of money to transport someone to a function and could not only rent for one day.
