Very poor experience. Got 2 different wheelchair van that had lift issues.
Micheal was friendly and very helpful. He got us the vehicle we needed with short notice. Impressive customer service. Will be using Florida Van Rentals again in the future.
I wanted a wheelchair accessible van. Which I was informed when I arrived that they did not have, so I was upgraded to a 10 person full sized passenger van. I would have appreciated a call when I made the reservation because I would have rather canceled versus deal with such a large vehicle all weekend. I felt as though I was not informed because they did want to lose out on money.
Great except the van steps were very slippery for my grandparents to get in and out of the van. Please use something different to clean the steps! Thanks, we had a great vacation!
We had a great experience with the large can rental. We rented a 12 passenger van. It was available in the parking lot when we arrived late at night. It was clean. The only issue was the steps to get into the van we cleaned with something very slippery. It was difficult to get in and out of the van because the steps were very slippery especially for my grandparents. Please use something else to clean the steps so no one falls getting in and out. Thanks for all your help! We had a great vacation!
At time of check out the lady at security gate was rude and unpleasant.
Only rated quote satisfactory due to being mistakenly overcharged due to a missed discount. Have not received refund yet although they acknowledged it is owed. If refund received then it goes to great!
I made a reservation and when arrived into Orlando, there was no answer at the rental location.
My time of arrival was listed on the request, if they were not able to accommodate at time of arrival then the reservation should've not be confirmed by the rental location. In additional, NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL. Poor customer service
The wait for a wheelchair accessible shuttle bus from the airport was longer than expected.
Everything was great! I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them
