Rental company did not seem to care
the vehicle comment below being we had a major scary situation while out and about. It could have been disastrous; however, we were stopped at the time and I protected my daughter from harm. I received IMMEDIATE response from the company, which I Always have and appreciate. I love working with this company. we just sometimes have issues with the vehicles.

We've received better in the past. The vehicle was not the best for the price paid.
It would have been nice to have the vehicle actually at the airport and not have to catch a shuttle to pick it up. Our wait time to be picked up was too long in my opinion. Also, I think our minibus is “getting sick”. It sounded like the transmission is going bad and at sometimes, it seemed as it did not want to start. But other than that, we were greatly satisfied and I would definitely recommend.
