The vehicle was is less than satisfactory condition the van drove rough and loud, there was no passenger seat for my wife and the fuel millage was poor. I will never be using Florida Van Rentals for any of our vehicle needs. We were completely unhappy.

Very easy process of pick-up and drop-off. Called the office several times prior to pick-up and they were very courteous when answering my questions.
We just had to wait a very long time to have the shuttle pick us up to bring us to the van, which was a little frustrating. But overall, everyone was great!

The van was beat up on the outside. The inside was dirty. It needed an oil change, brakes, tires and wheel bearings. It shook uncontrollably when going over 50 miles per hour. I sent the company messages and never received a response.
