Everything was great
Upon arrival, Once the worker was notified and learned the original van that was waiting at the lot was the wrong style, immediately he switched them out and accommodated us with the correct one. Upon the return of the vehicle when the shuttle that was to transport us to the airport had a dysfunctional wheelchair lift, once Mike was alerted he began to problem solve and had us to come to him and then Mike transported us to the Airport so that we would be on time for our flight. Great Job Mike!!

This company is the best car rental company I have ever worked with. They were so accommodating! I highly recommend them.
We requested a ramp van with automatic/remote control ramp. The van had a manual ramp as well as manual doors. I called about this when I picked up the van and in the 7 days I was in Florida I NEVER got a call or any contact! I am now arranging a visit to the chiropractor asa result of not being supplied the type of van requested. I will be looking for another company upon my next visit to the area.

When sending important information you should send to email and phone numbet in case there is no access or a typo. I did a typo on my phone number and i never got the plate number of my vehicle
This was our first time renting vans and a wheelchair van for my mother. My mother has never been on vacation with us and because of Florida Can Rentals she was able to come and enjoy herself. The van was nice and in working order and very comfortable! Very pleased and will rent from Florida Can Rentals again
