Typically you are asked to inspect your rental and note any issues before you drive away. I was given a form to mark any scratches or dents and did so because there were various that I wanted noted. Upon exiting the Wally Parking facility where the van was located, I presented the form to the attendant who looked it over validated it, and returned it to me without commenting on my notations. I found this odd as no one was acknowledging my notations. I took pictures of all areas I wanted noted.
The transit van was great for our group of 8. The service was great and the shuttle service to and from the airport was great as well didn't have to wait long.
NEXT RENTAL WILL NEED TO BE BACKDOOR ENTRANCE FOR MY DISABLED MEMBERS LONG WHEEL CHAIR/BEDLIKE NEEDS BUT PRAISE GOD WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT IN A SIDE DOOR THIS TIME. JUST WANT TO MAKE IT AS EASY POSSIBLE NEXT TRIP BUT VERY SATISFIED

The service provided was really great. The only thing is the interior of the van was really worn and there isn’t a lot of space for luggage in the back.
This was a good experience. I liked that vehicle was parked waiting for me and I could just get in go.
Rental experience was great from beginning to end
Car had suspension issues and a dangerous front end shake when traveling between 40 and 50 mph also the jeep we rented did not lock so we could not leave our luggage in it and had a stale odor to it like it had gotten wet and not been properly dried
