Quick and easy service!
My friend and I were the first people to rent their camper van. The features were great. We couldn’t get the shower/sink to work, but that didn’t cause any problems with our trip—great gas mileage and just all-around comfortable. The price for the camper van and extra mileage was better than most companies in the area. I recommend this company. You would not go wrong with the customer service!
Iris was great at helping in a very friendly manner. Return was a bit of a hassle as they didn't seem to have enough staff to do rapidly and they were overwhelmed atvthe time with many others.
The process was a little unconventional, but overall everything worked out nicely.
The gentleman (representative) was very courteous and polite. He was also very informative. I have rented more than once for that reason.
When we arrived in Tampa, Florida the van was a rear entrance which I requested a side entrance but they did an amazing job by getting this corrected the next day and they also delivered it to us at our daughter’s home. . I would recommend Florida Van Rentals to anyone because Mike did an awesome job on correcting everything.

Air condition was not blowing cold air from the middle and the back of the van. the only place that you unlock and close the van is from the driver side.
Having an accessible van made vacation much more enjoyable
